Kim Rathe is a Board Certified Coach with over 20 years of experience as an educator and high school coach, as well as a former Division I athlete. Her coaching approach integrates neuroscience-informed tools and parts-based techniques inspired by Internal Family Systems (IFS), helping young people build self-awareness, emotional regulation, and inner leadership. Kim supports students and athletes in strengthening their mindset and confidence from the inside out.
